Enjoy the short walk to  the Habersham Marketplace which offers 4 restaurants, 2 bars that host musical entertainment and a  variety of quaint shops.  The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock.  Also, there are several catch and release ponds for fisherman to catch both saltwater and fresh fish. The numerous porch swings situated around the neighborhood allow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful marsh and river views.   Habersham hosts several popular events such as Southern Living’s Bottles and Barrels event in May, its own fire work display on 4th of July, and the popular Harvest Festival in the autumn.    The cottage is located 10 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort and just 8 miles from Parris Island. A 40 minute drive from Habersham takes you to the beautiful beaches of Huntington Island State Park and Hilton Head Island.
