This home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4-5, plus 2 additional bar seats at the kitchen bar. Off of the kitchen there is a small patio with seating for 2 overlooking the marina. Off of the living room there is another patio with gorgeous views of the expansive marsh and waterways. There is a half bath located downstairs. Upstairs you will find two identical master suites. Located 10 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort and Parris Island, 2 Abbey Row is a first floor flat in the charming neighborhood of Habersham. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat is one level and just a short walk to the Habersham Marketplace which offers 4 restaurants, 2 bars that host musical entertainment and an Italian ice shop. As part of the Village Flats, this condo features a private courtyard, private parking, and gated entry, as well as stainless grills and bike racks located in commons.
