It is about 20 minutes from both Downtown Fort Collins and Downtown Loveland (scenic drive). 15 minutes from CSU. PARKING: Parking is available in the oversized two-stall garage and driveway parking is also available. NOTE: The driveway is relatively steep and narrow. Please drive cautiously and pay attention to the snow spikes marking the driveway. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter.
