The first floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and a grand easterly exposure provided courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features a brick hearth fireplace (firewood provided), along with a flat screen monitor with Roku and a comfortable sectional couch, augmented by a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a wraparound counter/breakfast bar, and a dining table with optional seating for up to eight persons. A short hallway leads to a bedroom with two full-sized beds, one full bath, and a mud/laundry room with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds, a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized sleigh bed, and a nicely crafted ¾-bath. Just outside, east of the main floor, there are sliding doors that access a nice deck and a small porch with a pathway to a private HOT TUB! Don't forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
