This bedroom also has direct access to the powder room/half bathroom which also has access from the dining room area.Bedroom #2 is located near the entry, separated from the living room by two wooden sliding doors and it has a queen bed with iron headboard and a small fold-down writing desk. Painted wainscoting and so many sweet details hearken back to yesteryear.The home has a full bathroom with a standing shower. On-demand hot water is one of many conveniences in the home.The rear and side yards are partially fenced for privacy and the rear patio has a table and chairs for dining al fresco and a small propane grill is a tasty cooking option near the outdoor sink. A few steps through the garden take you to the detached lounge room.One off street parking space is provided. Street parking in front of the home is sometimes available with a time limit; more parking options with no time limits are just 1/2 block away. No garage.
