The dining table is in the middle of the kitchen features ocean-themed wall art and a glass-topped dining table with 4 metal chairs and stools are on hand for casual counter seating nearby.Bedrooms and BathroomsThe three bedrooms each feature queen beds with a color scheme in white, gray and blue, with cozy white quilted comforters, fabric headboards and ocean-themed wall art.Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, direct access outside and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and is located near the living area.Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and is next to the full bath in the hallway with a standing shower.A stacked washer and dryer are available in a closet at the end of the hallway near two of the bedrooms.There is one off-street parking space next to the house and additional parking on the street.Well-behaved, quiet dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager.
