Succulents and flowering plants offer grace notes along a path through a white pergola. The back yard is a natural gathering place with a gourmet gas grill and fire pit table with seating for 6, the perfect setting for nighttime stargazing while listening to the cry of seagulls in the distance.Bedrooms and BathroomsUpstairs, the three bedrooms all have plush carpet, 50-inch HDTVs equipped with Comcast Xfinity cable and Roku for streaming services, and are decorated in soothing tones of gray, blue and white.Bedroom #1 includes a California king bed, seating area, full-length mirror, gas fireplace and a peek of the ocean. A small desk provides work space when needed.
