The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw. ~  One dog allowed up to 60 pounds. A $300 non-refundable pet fee required. ~  Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ~  The private pool is 7' X 18' with a 5' in diameter spa.  ~  Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included,  swim at your own risk.  ~  The Pool can be heated for an additional $700/week.
