This beautiful Hilton Head Island vacation rental is a two-story townhouse with golf views from the deck of the 10th fairway on the George Fazio Golf Course. It is located directly across from the community pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach with private beach access at the Disney Beach House. The villa has hardwood floors flowing throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled. This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. Located upstairs, the guest bedroom features two twin beds and the loft has two additional twins. Enjoy your private deck overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course with your own gas grill. There are many extra amenities for staying in this Palmetto Dunes Resort managed property including discounted golf and free 2 hours court time daily of tennis and pickle ball. Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30 No pets are allowed at this property.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.
