It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout. At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.
