Located off the main level hall is a Bedroom with a Queen and access to the front deck, and a smaller Bedroom with a Bunkbed (2 Twins). Ascend to the Upper level Master Bedroom with Queen and sitting area, and full Bath across the hall. There is also a sleeping alcove with a cot at the top of the stairs for the 'extra' guest who decided to visit! The views from this level are amazing! The Lower basement level has 2 finished rooms; one for playing table top games with a sleep sofa, and a Bedroom with 2 Twins. Half Bath and Laundry room also on lower level, with walk out to the patio and fenced yard. AC on the upper 2 levels (wall units) (Garage is not for use). Access to the beach is up the road a couple houses, then a sandy path through the dunes. This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience. NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
