The photos of the resort and the unit are recent. The Resort has a private beach that is connected to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Bar & Grill.This is about a 2-3 minute walk from the unit. The beach restaurant just got all new outdoor furniture, an extension to the bar and all new landscaping. Little Harbor beautification project is about 90% done! We just got a new tennis court, pickleball court, cornhole, new picnic areas and grills, smaller pool got new patio furniture and the pool was just resurfaced. Now open again! They also just added a fitness center for our guests to enjoy! In summary, we have two pools, hot tub, two restaurants onsite, charter rentals, dolphin tours, live music, watersports rentals, golf cart rentals and two Marina's for boat docking, launching and they also offer Fishing Rod Rentals/Bait! Fun times! This sleek unit has been completely renovated. Studio is just a 3 minute walk to the beach! Grab your flip flops, sunscreen and pack your best beach outfits! Beach hair, who cares! Come hang with the locals. Pets are not allowed in this building so we cannot accept pets, sorry. NOTE: this community is located 45 mins from St. Petersburg & Sarasota Beaches and 1 hour from Clearwater! NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.
