They are less than 1 mile off of Hwy 259, making it a private yet convenient location to all of the activities in and around Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are also required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $850.00 for this property. Great Escapes Homes uses an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez and will provide guests a link to the rental agreement and security deposit after booking. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 28 people for this property.
