This Hilton Head rental home features a screened in porch with vaulted ceiling and outdoor seating. There is a private pool in back yard. The spacious and livable design has a large kitchen with counter seating for six and a dining room with seating for eight. The large primary bedroom has a private entrance to the pool area. All bedrooms have private baths and the primary bath includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. An outdoor gas grill overlooks the pool area. It's just a short walk to the ocean! This vacation home works well for a family or group of friends looking to relax. The pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee. No pets are allowed at this property.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00.
