There are no shared areas, but you may hear the upstairs at times. - Parking can be tough in the area. Be prepared it can be hard to find spots at times. There is a parking garage just across the bridge. Our home provides a cozy accommodation for 2 individuals in a full-sized bed, with the option to accommodate a third person on the couch if desired. The house is permitted for an overnight occupancy of up to 3 guests and undergoes professional cleaning after each stay. Enjoy free WiFi, streaming live TV with Roku TV, and complimentary coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, as well as glassware, mugs, dishes, and utensils. The entirety of the guest suite is available for your use throughout your stay. The space is exclusively yours, with no shared areas with the upstairs unit, ensuring complete privacy for the duration of your visit. In-person interaction will be minimal, except for cases requiring a handyman's assistance. We offer self check-in and comprehensive instructions, ensuring you won't need to contact us except for specific circumstances.
