Surrounded by trees, this unique 3,500 square-foot property, set on a sprawling 1.5 acres of natural splendor, promises a luxury experience unlike any other, accentuated by central air conditioning, a rare find in the area. Everything at this home is designed for your convenience and enjoyment. As the quintessential Big Bear vacation destination, this home has it all - spacious living areas, exceptional amenities, and a prime location. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an unparalleled choice for a memorable family vacation.Upon arrival, you’ll enter the world of lavish living on the ground floor. This space welcomes you to a vast, airy kitchen and lounge area, fitted with comfortable leather couches. Adjacent is the first of the seven bedrooms, the primary, equipped with a queen bed, private gas fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite featuring a shower and jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms two and three offer a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed respectively.The ground floor also plays host to a movie room, boasting a state-of-the-art 75" 4K HDTV and an ultra-plush lounge couch with many movie titles for your family to enjoy. In a separate dedicated space, immerse yourself in the world of billiards, under the watchful eyes of an impressive taxidermy collection. Step outside to a large deck, showcasing a new 4-burner Weber BBQ and a Komodo-style smoker from the top-tier Alfresco brand stand ready for your culinary adventures. The patio is adorned with luxurious furniture, including a generously sized dining table, perfect for alfresco family meals. Also situated on the patio is a strategically positioned, high-end hot tub, inviting you to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views.The upper level continues to impress with a selection of four bedrooms. Room four is perfect for the young ones, featuring twin-over-twin log-style bunk beds, a 50" HDTV, and an Xbox for endless fun. Bedroom five offers a queen bed and a 50" HDTV, while bedroom six houses a full bed and another 50" HDTV. Bedroom seven transforms into a private game room and wet bar, offering a twin-over-full futon bunk bed, 4K HDTV, bumper pool table, wall-sized Scrabble, and a variety of other games.Adding to the excitement, a top-of-the-line foosball table awaits in the breezeway, ready to spark family competition. Golf enthusiasts won't be left out, with courses available to test your skills. Big Bear Lake is your year-round ticket to adventure and fun.   Guests’ RulesWelcome to the rules for The Hidden Estate Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.   - Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests (12 adults max). - Parking: Space for 5 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000. - Pets: Pets allowed. (Max:2 pets) - Pets Require Pre-approval: post-approval, A $125 pet fee pet pet applies (Charged post-booking) - Unapproved Pets: incur a minimum of a $1,000 fine. Pet Guidelines: Kennel pets when unattended. Keep off furniture/beds. Clean up after them. Charges apply for pet damages. - Check-In: Conducted at The Village Office for a warm welcome and local code compliance. - Noise: Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. You are not allowed to be outside, in a hot tub, play music or create any noise from inside of the residence that could be heard outside of the home. If these rules are violated, Code Enforcement could impose fines of up to $1,000 or eviction.  (We have no control over Code Enforcement’s decisions.) - Air Conditioning: Yes there's A/C - Ants: Sometimes our ants can be a bit over-friendly. To keep these small visitors at bay, we suggest promptly cleaning up right after each meal and don’t leave food out. (We do use ant bait & ant traps… and the ants tend to look at those as snacks.) - Trash: You are mandated by ordinance to dispose of your trash at the designated trash site. If you require assistance, we can arrange a pick-up service for a nominal fee. - Video Surveillance & Noise Monitors: We employ external video surveillance and noise monitors at most of our properties. (We do not have video or audio monitoring inside of the residences.) - No Smoking/Vaping: We have a very strict No Smoking and/ or No Vaping policy on the grounds of all of our properties. - If any guest smokes or vapes on the premises during their stay, a minimum cleaning fee of $750 will be charged automatically to the Credit Card on file to cover the cost of carpets cleaning, dry cleaning of all bedspreads, curtains, etc. And the security deposit will be forfeited. - Age: Minimum booking age is 24.  - Parties: No parties allowed; parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may apply. - Communication: For questions or concerns, we're available via phone or email. Note: Code Enforcement enforces all of the ordinances in Big Bear Lake. We have no control over the decisions they make, up to and including fines and evictions. Note: Any eviction you will not be entitled to a refund. Note: Based upon availability and to provide flexibility for our guests, we offer early check-in and late check-out options. There is a fee associated with this service. If you’d like to check in before the usual time, please inquire with front desk, as well for late check-out. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
