Located a block from the elevated High Line Park, and close to Chelsea Market, the Chelsea art galleries and countless restaurants, you couldn't pick a more ideal spot for your NYC visit.

Nashville here you come! This loft is right on the corner of Broadway and historic 2nd Ave. You are right in the mix of things! the second you open that front door your right on Broadway next to the best Honky Tonks in the country. And speaking of country, this loft gives you front row seat access to all the greatest concert venues Nashville has to offer at just a short walking distance away! Please be aware that with the close proximity to Broadway there will be ambient noise in the units that we can not control.
The apartments looks over 2nd Ave and are steps from Broadway and The Wild Horse Saloon. 4 blocks from the Bridgestone Area, a short walk over the Shelby Street Bridge to Nissan Stadium, and 5.5 blocks to the Music City Conference Center.
These are historic apartments. Meaning that they are a bit larger than typical downtown apartments. You MUST be able do have a flight of stairs to the unit and no elevator (roughly 20 stairs).
Come with all the following amenities: memory foam mattresses, full kitchen, Starter pack of needed toiletries, linens, hairdryer, and coffee maker. The room is presented in modern furnishings with exposed brick and full large windows that look out over 2nd Avenue. 
Walk, use city bikes, or take share transportation (Uber/Lyft) transportation from this property is easy! If you choose to drive we do provide one parking validation sticker for the parking garage at the end of the block. Located on the top floor, this three-bedroom walk-up Riverfront condominium offers great views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area occupies the center portion of this condominium. Enjoy the comfortable seating in front of the TV, and have a home-made dinner at the table after snacking at the kitchen counter on one of the 4 bar stools. The large slider windows allow the beautiful river and mountain views in, or step out and enjoy a cozy seat on the deck there. On the left side of the living area is the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, television, and private bath, while the right side offers two additional bedrooms (one with two twin beds, the other with a set of pyramid bunk beds) as well as another full bath.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.
