Outdoor Space - 
      This NO SMOKING/NO PETS,  beautifully maintained property sits on a corner lot in a quiet, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood.  In the morning, sip your coffee on the front patio or share breakfast together with the entire group at our large outdoor table.  A fun putting green is ready for the competitive types.  Those that want to chill a bit can find their way to soak in the hot tub, visit around the fire pit while enjoying the sunset, or float in the clear blue heated pool.  With a basketball hoop, Baja deck, floating toys, and ample deck seating, our pool is ready for fun.  A propane grill is offered for cookouts and there is plenty of shade to retreat.  Pockets of privacy create numerous options for outdoor entertainment.  ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE FACILITIES OF THIS PROPERTY.  If you have an occasion and would like to invite guests, please inquire and get pre-approval from co-hosts.  Extra fees may apply.  Unregistered guests could put the reservation in jeopardy.  

Interior Space -
     Your getaway will be unique and comfortable in our beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home.  With 5 bedrooms and 6 beds there is plenty of room for all.  The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath with walk-in closet.  A second bedroom has another king, the third, a convertible bed that can either be 2 single beds OR a king.  A fourth bedroom with a queen and a 5th bedroom/office has a large queen sized sofa sleeper.   Each room is tastefully decorated with special touches. This home is perfect for a family, several couples, or group of friends. ten guests sleep very comfortable in the home.  An open spaced kitchen, dining area, and living room allows lots of together time.  All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, streaming TVs, and privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and all the kitchenware you would have at home.  Our double car garage is a huge plus as is the driveway and street parking. 

Mesquite Area-
     Mesquite has so much to offer visitors. Being very centrally located between Las Vegas, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Zion National Park, and more, it is a perfect launching pad for a vacation.   For senior and youth games, Mesquite is a thriving center for athletic tournaments. Anything from Youth Tackle Football to Senior pickle-ball, Mesquite has it and promotes it.  For those who like to gamble, three major casinos and a plethora of eating establishments (fine dining and casual) are available for the nights you want to venture out.

The entire home is for your use and set up so that your stay is easy.  You have full access to the garage and all parts of the home.

We are your co-hosts, J and Amy who help Yko and Diane with renting out their home to guests.  We live 5 minutes away and are available through the message app.  If there is no response from us within 10 minutes, please reach out by phone if it is an issue that would make your stay more comfortable. Turtle cove is nestled in a quiet neighborhood north of the freeway.  On a corner lot, there is plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and street.  There is close access to the casinos, ball fields, rec center, grocery store and more.  Beautiful sunsets and morning walks can be enjoyed right outside your doors.  Nestled amongst the desert's beautiful bluffs, this neighborhood is a gem.

Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

YOUR INDOOR SPACE- 
     Bedrooms:  Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2 single configuration in one of the guest rooms.  Our master offers a king bed with attached bath and the second guest room has a queen bed.  We also have two floor mattresses 2 extra guests.  With all new, quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day.  All mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements.   All bedrooms have a TV so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose.  We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.  Make sure to sign out at checkout.

    Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. 

    Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked.  If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it.  Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Beautiful indoor and separate outdoor dishes are for your use as well as coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more. 
 
   Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show  on our large screen streaming TV.

    LOUNGE AREA:  Lounge chairs and a conversation set with TV offer comfortable additional comfort in the backyard.
    VIEW:  We have great views of the Virgin Valley Mountain from the backyard area and the desert bluff from the front.  Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.  

PARKING -
    We offer free parking in our 2 car garage, driveway and street parking.  If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours.  Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home is completely yours for your stay.  There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc.  Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our townhouse has a comfortable feel and is extremely clean.  This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo will not disappoint. The master bedroom with attached bath and walk-in closet provides a king sized bed.  The guest bedroom offers EITHER a king or two twins.  Just let us know your preference.  The second bath is very close to the guest room but still accessible from the main living area.  Being Airbnb travelers ourselves, we know the importance of providing an extremely well-kept and clean space for our guests.  All bedding and pillows are covered with protective casings that help you know our mattresses and pillows are free of unwanted elements.  Our housecleaning staff takes pride in making sure your stay is comfortable and without worry.  New, comfortable beds, extra pillows, and blankets give guests the possibility of a great night's sleep.  

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, baking sheets and pans, serving dishes, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more.   Condiments include catsup, mustard, oil, vinegar, basic cooking spices, coffee, tea, and more.  This limits shopping and keeps cooking costs down so that you can spend more in Mesquite having fun!  

The deep, but narrow (be careful when entering) garage allows you to park inside, escaping the heat and occasional rain/wind storm.  In the garage, you will find his and her hybrid bicycles for you to enjoy.  A small compressor is provided for you to make sure your tires are ready for a comfortable ride.  We have a beautiful community pool, hot tub, and rec area for your use.  Pool toys, a small cooler, and 2 camp chairs are provided for daily outings.  

Access to the garage and front door is gained by a personalized code for every guest.  A garage door opener will be provided for you.   If you have a non-shedding DOG and would like to bring him/her, please send an inquiry.  Based on the situation, we will approve and ask for an additional $100 cleaning fee (per stay or week) in order to prepare for our next guest.   We are confident that you will love this condo. The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents.  It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another.  Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events.  Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park.  You can't be bored in Mesquite!  This is a very friendly neighborhood, 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.

Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.

Our dining room table accommodates 6 or you can sit at the bar and spread out a bit more.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, pots and pans, baking sheets, slow cooker, a dual drip and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, a Britta for fresh drinking water, and many spices and cooking oil.   There is also an electric grill on the patio.  No need to go out if you want to cook at "home".  Make sure you see what is offered before shopping.

An in-unit laundry is handy;  laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.  Pool towels, 2 camp chairs, and a small cooler will be ready for your adventures off site.  A Pak-n-Play, changing pad, outlet covers, and children's dinnerware is ready for a family stay. 

Our condo is extremely clean with mattress protector sleeves covering all beds and pillows.  Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere.  

The Rec Area/hot tub is open year round, but the HOA does stop heating the POOL during the coldest months of the year.

Our location is 1/2 mile from the Wolf Creek Golf Course and very close to many other world class courses.  The Eureka and Virgin River Casinos, Smith's grocery, and many local eats are about a mile away.  Just a bit further down the road is the Mesquite Recreational Center with its newly built pickle ball courts, full workout facilities, and indoor and outdoor pools.  There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon.  Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays,  senior games, and more. Guests have access to pool, hot tub, and workout facilities. The HOA has one free covered parking for you, and many available uncovered parking spots and RV parking for your toys.  There is also an “on property” electric grill, and a community grill and eating area with a BEAUTIFUL SUNSET-VIEW.  Below the community property is a beautiful park for a walk or play time for the kids.  Just follow the paved sidewalk on both the north and south side of the property for a short walk to Marilyn Redd park.

HawkRidge Condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests.  Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction.  Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the community grill/gazebo. 

The proximity of the condos to Marilyn Redd Park is a HUGE bonus to those staying at Hawk Ridge. There are sand volleyball courts,  bbq/picnic pavilion with tables, shaded covered playground,  basketball court, sand pit with diggers, a gigantic lawn for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, frisbee, or anything else you can do with gorgeous green grass.  It is all surrounded by a concrete sidewalk that links it to the condos as well as the rest of town.

Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware.  Mesquite's Recreational Center is not only a quality facility, but very affordable for visiting guests.  Located about 1.5 miles from the condo, it is a great opportunity to have an even larger outdoor pool/indoor pool, raquetball/pickelball opportunities, basketball courts, free weights, circuit training equipment, and all the cardio toys you need.  Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more.   Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless.  Mesquite is a wonderful place to live or visit.

YOUR INDOOR SPACE- 
     Bedrooms (sleeps 11 total):  Our master offers a king bed with attached bath, work desk and chair and a large walk in closet.   The second master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath as well. A pull out chair will allow a younger person to sleep in comfort as well.  A third bedroom offers two single beds with a large closet.  The fourth, 4 single beds, 3 in an adjoined bunk.  With all new, quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day.  Our mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements.   All bedrooms have smart TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose.  We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.  Please make sure to sign out at checkout.

    Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms provide space for everyone.  Two attached to the master bedrooms and a 3rd that is accessible from the main part of the house.  All bathrooms are are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum. 

    Kitchen:  Stocked, stocked, stocked.  If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it.  Full cookware and some bakeware are provided.  With a drip maker, a Keurig, and Keurig/drip combination, everyone can enjoy their favorite cup just like they do at home.  We provide Kirkland ground coffee, several pods, and filters for your stay.  Indoor and outdoor dining and drinkware are provided for you.   We also have tea, spices, condiments, barbeque utensils and more. 
 
   Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and offers an incredibly comfortable sectional.  The wall of sliding window doors makes you feel as if you are outside while cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV.  We have a "take a book/leave a book" section in the living room and a koozie for you from our travel agency.  We would love you to give us a chance to help you with your future traveling plans.

YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE - 
    POOL & HOT TUB:   You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the chillier months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is quite expensive, but effective.  Please see pricing above and give us 3 days notice prior to your arrival.  The charge must be paid prior to arrival.
  
    FIRE PIT:  A sunken fire pit and four comfortable Adirondack chairs for enjoying cool nights and Mesquite sunsets shadows on the mountains.

    PUTTING GREEN:  With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.

    DINING AND BARBEQUE:  A gas grill with cast iron and a set of utensils make cooking dinner a breeze under the covered patio.

    YARD GAMES:  Turf and space is provided for outdoor games.  Enjoy our cornhole game found in the garage or patio. 

    LOUNGE AREA:  Lounge chairs and an outdoor sectional offer additional comfort in the backyard.

    VIEW:  We have great views of the Virgin Valley Mountain from the backyard area and the desert bluff from the front.  Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.  

PARKING: We offer free parking in our garage, driveway and street parking.  We do have a 6 person golf cart in the garage for OWNER use when we visit; however, there will still be room for one car.   If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours.  Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home and backyard/pool is completely yours for your stay.  There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc.  Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Cruise Control  is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria.  Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, our home is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape.  The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk.  Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley.   As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

We advise you have a car to get around to stores, golf courses, etc. here in Mesquite.  There will be plenty of free parking with the garage, driveway and street parking.

This brand new home features 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully supplied kitchen, laundry room, streaming TVs, equipped workspace, a spacious and fully fenced outdoor living area, and a 3 car garage with EV charging (NEMA 14-30 outlet, 220V/30Amps).

Watch the sunrise in bed from the master or guest bedroom or pass up the sunrise and sleep deep, utilizing our bedroom's blackout curtains.  The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed with streaming TV and ensuite bathroom. One guest bedroom has a queen bed with streaming TV whereas the other guest bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be converted to a king.  Please let us know your preference asap in order to set it up to your liking.  All beds have new, comfy, yet supportive mattresses. Two new LazyBoy sleeper sofas (a queen and a full) offer additional sleeping area.  Must let us know to leave the linens out..   It is perfect for all configurations of guests.  

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would find at home - dinnerware, cook and bakeware, spices, condiments, etc.  PLEASE check out what we provide before grocery shopping.  The bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotions, blow dryers, cotton balls, Q tips, and lotion.  No need to pack all that!  Our in-unit laundry and supplies makes packing light and cleaning up after a day exploring and playing very easy. 

Our outdoor living  area offers lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a bistro eating set, and comfortable couch seating that surrounds a firepit.  With ample turf and places to play, you will get a kick out of our yard games as you enjoy Mesquite outdoor living.  With a complete wall of sliding glass, you can bring the outdoors in while enjoying the cozy fireplace and never step foot outside if you just want to curl up and read. 

Our 3 car garage has a Level 2 EV charger (NEMA 14-30 outlet, 220V/30Amps) for your use.  With a third bay, parking your UTV is a breeze, and you will still have room for the vehicle.  Our driveway is a bit steep; please use caution when entering with a lower vehicle.  A sideways entry for  a low framed vehicle will help if you are concerned.  You are also free to park in the driveway or along the street.

Picture yourself sipping on your morning coffee and watching the sunrise behind the Virgin Mountains.  Then rise up to invigorate yourself with a mindful yoga session to kick start your day before your golf match or day or UTV/hiking in the desert.  At the end of your day, enjoy your glass of wine by the fire pit while marveling at the vivid sunset colors exhibited on the Virgin Mountains. During the day there are plenty of activities to explore such as the many world renowned golf courses, hiking trails, cycling and a plethora of off-road activities in the surrounding desert. If you’re looking for a more elaborate adventure, head out to one of the many national parks that encompass Nevada, Arizona and Utah such as the Valley of Fire, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon or one of our favorites - Zion National Park.  On the other hand, you can stay home and take advantage of our spacious backyard where you can practice your golf on the putty green or simply lounge and top off on Vitamin D!  Wherever your adventure takes you, we hope you find yourself leaving the Zen Den feeling refreshed.

This beautifully decorated, comfy 2 bed/2 bath, NO SMOKING/NO PETS ($300 fine)  condo accommodates 6 guests with new,  comfortable mattresses and bedding.  You will find a king bed in the master suite, a convertible king to 2 twin arrangement in the guest room (just let us know what you prefer), and a new sofa sleeper in the living area.  With new mattresses, quality linens, and extra pillows, you will get a great night's sleep.  All mattress and pillows are protected with cooling, protective covers.  

The master bath and closet are very private and comfortable for the primary guest/s.  The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to all and provides the same comfort as the master.  The bathrooms are stocked with sundries so that you don't have to bring shampoo/conditioner/lotion and more from home.  

Each bedroom has its own TV. The 65" TV in the main living area is a Roku smart TV and the master bedroom TV streams as well.  The third bedroom will need a streaming device such as a FireStick if you want to stream.  The entire condo has cable so you can keep up with local news and sports. 

The full kitchen is fully supplied with  condiments, coffee, cooking spices, and a full set of pots and pans which will make your stay a bit easier.  Please check to see what the condo has to offer before making your first trip to the grocery store. Ready for families and activity, we provide 2 adult bicycles,  a Pak-n-Play,  and other infant materials.  Let us know if you need these items for your baby so they can be disinfected before your stay.  

Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere.  Their goal is always a 5 star rating in this area as they take a lot of pride in their work.

The Rec area/hot tub is open year round (excluding malfunctions), but the pool is not heated in the coldest months of the year. A charcoal grill (you will need to supply your own charcoal), picnic area and kids play area is in the condo community.  A large play park is just across the street, and Hafen Park is within walking distance.   It has a lovely bike path that follows the Virgin River, tennis and pickle ball courts, a large grass area and more playground equipment.  Mesquite has spared no expense in their parks - an awesome splash pad is open during the hotter months of the year and enjoyed by kids of all ages.  

There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon.  The Mesquite Recreational Center is an awesome place to hang out for a few hours, offering the following:  outdoor pool with lap lanes and kids  in-water slide and play equipment in warmer months, and indoor pool, free weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes,  dance studio, and more.  Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays,  senior games, and more. The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents.  It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another.  Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events.  Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park.  You can't be bored in Mesquite!  We are 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.

Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.

If you have a non-shedding DOG and would like to bring him/her, please send an inquiry. The REC area/hot tub is open year round, but the HOA does stop heating the pool in the coldest months of the year.

Guests have access to pool, hot tub, and workout facilities. The HOA has one free covered parking for you, and many available uncovered parking spots and RV parking for your toys.  There is also an “on property” electric grill, and a community grill and eating area with a BEAUTIFUL SUNSET-VIEW. Below the community property is a beautiful park for a walk or an area for pet relief for your pup.  Just follow the paved sidewalk on both the north and south side of the property for a short walk to Marilyn Redd park.

Your co-hosts, J and Amy are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo.  They will be happy to help you when needed.

HawkRidge Condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests.  Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so I ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction.  Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the community grill/gazebo area as well as from bistro table on the porch. 

The proximity of the condos to Marilyn Redd Park is a HUGE bonus to those staying at Hawk Ridge. There are sand volleyball courts,  BBQ/picnic pavilion with tables, shaded covered playground,  basketball court, sand pit with diggers, a gigantic lawn for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, frisbee, or anything else you can do with gorgeous green grass.  It is all surrounded by a concrete sidewalk that links it to the condos as well as the rest of town.

Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware.  Mesquite's Recreational Center is not only a quality facility, but very affordable for visiting guests.  Located about 1.5 miles from the condo, it is a great opportunity to have an even larger outdoor pool/indoor pool, raquetball/pickelball opportunities, basketball courts, free weights, circuit training equipment, and all the cardio toys you need. Enjoy beautiful views of Wolf Creek's first hole and a Mesquite sunset when you choose to vacation at our condo with master suite and private casita. Drift to sleep on comfortable beds that will not disappoint. With two comfortable sleep sofas, a foursome can easily stay. Stocked with kitchen and bathroom sundries, you can prepare meals in the condo or enjoy a meal within walking distance at Terrace at Wolf Creek.

* Base fee is for 4 guests.

* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay.  Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.

This NO SMOKING/NO PETS condo ($300 fine) has a master bedroom that is very spacious and has an adjoining bathroom with a soaker tub.  Watch TV and view the sunset from your private master or the balcony.  You can easily access the terrace and enjoy watching the early golfers on the first hole as you have your morning coffee.  A private attached casita offers a queen bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa with TV and kitchen and small eating nook.  There is a mew, additional sleeper sofa in the main living area of the condo and 2 comfortable lounge spots as well.  Enjoy an evening in or walk a short distance to Wolf Creek's Terrace Restaurant for your meals.  

Our townhouse has a comfortable feel and is extremely clean.  We know the importance of providing an extremely well-kept and clean space for our guests.  All bedding and pillows are covered with protective casings that help you know our mattresses and pillows are free of unwanted elements.  Our housecleaning staff takes pride in making sure your stay is comfortable and without worry.  Comfortable beds, extra pillows, and blankets give guests the possibility of a great night's sleep.  Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a full set of pots and pans, a crock pot, baking sheet and pan, serving dishes, toaster, and coffee maker. Condiments including catsup, mustard, oil, vinegar, basic cooking spices, and coffee are also provided.  Providing these items limits your need for shopping and keeps cooking costs down so that you can spend more in Mesquite having fun!  The views of this condo are worth mentioning again!  Sit on our large private deck and watch the sunset or the golfers below. It can't be beat.

J and Amy, your co-hosts live less than 10 minutes from Wolf Creek.  They will assist you if a need arises.

Wolf Creek condominiums are a mix of residential owners, renters, and short term guests.  Residents enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be respectful and courteous with noise and interaction.  Outdoor views of the mountains and mesas are beautiful and sunsets are easily seen from the living/dining room and balcony. Mesquite offers many golf courses, gambling opportunities, youth athletic tournaments, and necessity shopping at Smiths, Walmart, and Ace Hardware.  Outlying areas provide incredible hiking, off-road adventures, golfing, and so much more.   Within a short drive, you can find incredible sights that leave you speechless.
