Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State. The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios. The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests. Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort. Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
