Our parkside condo is perfect for small groups or solo travelers who want lots of outdoor patio space, a walkable neighborhood, and a spacious, well-designed condo. Right off of Ziegler Park, the condo is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5-minute walk. And with a parking pass for Ziegler Garage included, it's convenient too! You'll find that the condo's crown jewel is certainly the outdoor space. With a large, private outdoor patio and a separate sunbathing deck, our space is the perfect retreat for small and medium-sized groups. The apartment itself is two stories. The bedroom is on the first floor, while the kitchen is on the top floor. We have a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. Please note that on the first floor we have partitioned the place off into two separate condos. You will share a wall with a separate, self-contained apartment. It has its own entrance and you won't come into contact with the occupants or share any inside spaces with them. We have also put a sound-barrier between the two apartments. Just be aware that loud noises may occasionally carry through from your apartment to theirs and vice versa... The place is yours! You'll be able to access the patio, the sun deck, the kitchen, the living room, the full bath, the half bath, and the bedroom. Airbnb has put in place a global ban on parties. Parties are **strictly** forbidden in all Airbnb listings. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without refund. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy. Cincinnati Municipal Code considers unauthorized parties to be criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21 You may also be denied entry on the basis of any of the following if you do not send a message *before* completing your reservation. If you meet any of the following criteria you may be required to sign a contract, put an ID on file, and pay a security deposit: i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking same-day, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews. Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. You're right on Ziegler Park, less than a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. It's so easy to get around -- walk everywhere if you'd like. If walking isn't your thing, you'll find plenty of Lime and Bird scooters, Redbike stations, and of course there's public transit. Alternatively you can use your vehicle. Please note that we have partitioned the first floor into two separate apartments. You will share a wall with a separate, self-contained unit. It has its own entrance and you won't come into contact with the occupants or share any inside spaces with them. We have also put a sound-barrier between the two apartments. Just be aware that despite our soundproofing, loud noises may occasionally carry through from your apartment to theirs and vice versa.
