Next to the TV is the entrance to the en-suite master bathroom, which includes a large soaking tub, double sink countertop, and a lark walk-in shower that includes two shower heads. Towards the back of the bathroom is a large walk-in closet, where’s there’s plenty of room to store your clothes and other personal belongings. Kitchen: The large, open kitchen has state of the art appliances. The oversized refrigerator and walk-in pantry have plenty of room, whether you’re in charge of cooking, or inviting a private chef to take care of a meal. Above the large oven is a six-burner gas stove. To the right you’ll find a large barn sink next to the dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a regular drip coffee maker, along with all the small appliances you need: crockpot, blender, food processor, toaster, and mixer. The large island countertop, with a built-in microwave, seats four and is a perfect place to meal prep or enjoy meals with your company. Just off of the kitchen is a dining area which seats up to six, where you can enjoy meals while and take in the scenic mountain views through the large windows. Entry Entering the home, you’ll have access to the heated, two-car garage, which includes an EV charger for your use. By the front door, you’ll find a half bath for a place to quickly freshen up before heading out for the day. Main Level/Kitchen/Dining Room/Family Room/Living Room Head up the floating staircase to find the kitchen, showcasing a beautiful large granite island situated with barstools for a quick bite. This kitchen features a walk-in pantry and a fridge large enough to hold everything you may need to turn into a chef! Just off the kitchen, the dining room is furnished with a 10-person wooden table. Head out to the deck to find a grill and amazing views of the slopes on Peak 8. Back inside, the two couches in the family room would be a perfect spot for some morning coffee or a good read. Head upstairs from here to find a proper living room including a large flat-screen TV, a beverage cooler, an L shaped couch, two leather chairs and a small desk for any on the go office work that may need to be done. Laundry Room/Hot tub/Ski Garage/Bunk Room Head downstairs to throw your laundry in the wash. Past the laundry room, you’ll also find access to the small deck including a private hot tub and the entrance to the skit garage. This garage is a Ski-in/Ski-out directly onto the heart of the Peak 8 mountain. Ski down the Trygve’s run near the Rip’s Ride Chairlift and ski directly into the garage. This floor also features a bedroom with two sets of full-sized bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom/Bathroom/Master Bedroom/Master Bath On a lower level of the home, you’ll find a bedroom with a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Overview - The home is spread out over three levels, accessible through two spiral stair cases and one elevator. There are two master suites, and four other bedrooms. The top levels are accessed privately and not connected – one is a master suite, the other is an alcove ideal for kiddos. The main entrance level has kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, study, main deck with grill, garage. The lower level contains four bedrooms with en-suite baths, a full second living room and bar, lower deck with hot tub. Throughout the house, there are fireplaces, powder rooms, temperature and humidity controls, speakers and smart power switches for light and music, as well as stunning décor and views. Main Level: Enter through the garage, where you’ll see plenty of space for two cars, plus a full-size fridge. You’ll enter the house to the mudroom. This spacious area has plenty of seating and a full-size boot dryer. The door leads you through a hallway to the foyer: On the left, you’ll see one of the access points to the dining room. On the right, you’ll pass the first spiral stair case and elevator door (leading to a master suite*), followed the study, complete with a printer and guitar, two comfy chairs, and a view of the front area of the home and the gondola. At the end of the hallway, you’ll see the foyer and front door to the right, as well as a coat closet and powder room, followed by the second spiral staircase, laundry room, and the first master suite. The grand living room opens up to your left. Living Room & Deck: The living room features a gorgeous and comfortable ten-seater leather couch, an oversized gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV above it. The TV and sound are all centrally controlled with a KEF system, for reliable and seamless connectivity. You’ll see the doors to the main level deck, with high windows throughout. The view from here is incredible: you have a beautiful backyard, and at the edge, a hiking/skiing trail. You’ll also see a staircase that leads down to the hot tub deck. The main deck has plenty of seating: four couches, one of which is situated in front of an outdoor gas fireplace, as well as two lounge chairs, two deck chairs, and a dining set for eight. There is also a large gas grill. Once you’re back inside the house, the grand living room connects directly to the kitchen and dining room. Kitchen: The appliances are all state of the art. All of your cooking, serving, and dining needs are stocked. The oversized refrigerator and walk-in pantry have plenty of room, whether you’re in charge of cooking, or inviting a private chef to take care of a meal. Neatly stacked to the left of the fridge are the microwave, a steam oven, and a food warmer, all Wolff. There is a six-burner gas stove with a griddle, above two ovens. The large kitchen island has two full sinks and plenty of storage.
