The unit includes a private entrance and deck as well as a full eat-in kitchen stocked with key items to make your visit comfortable. We include a welcome basket and a few little extras like coffee, tea, napkins, etc. The unit includes all linens and a private bathroom with washer and dryer. The sitting area has a large TV with electric fireplace and seating for 4.The unit has a large bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and a futon, accommodating 3 guests.  The living room has a memory foam queen size sleeper sofa that is very comfortable, and can accommodate 2 guests. We provide all pillows, bed linens and towels.A locked door separates the apartment from the rest of the house. Maximum capacity for the unit is 5 Adults/children.  It is a short drive to downtown Mystic, Stonington, Westerly, the Coast Guard Academy, US Navy Sub Base, Pfizer, Electric Boat, General Dynamics, Connecticut College and Mitchell College, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos, and we are conveniently located just moments from I-95 and I-395.  The Connecticut Wine Trail is near our home as well as the Mystic Indoor pickleball/tennis club.Across the street is a 400 acre nature preserve with miles of marked trails for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. The apartment is on the right side of the house with a private entrance and deck. Look for sign 103A in front of the house.   It is a wooded acre of land in Old Mystic that is close to everything this area has to offer. We welcome all guests, and will do all we can to ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable while you are staying with us. It is separated from the main house by a locked door.   Visitors may be able to hear us moving around, but typically we are quiet.   We have no children, but we do have a very gentle German Shepard. Adult pets are welcome if they are trained and well behaved.  No puppies please. There is a pet fee and a maximum of 2 pets.The Bedroom: A spacious bedroom with one queen bed and a futon. Fluffy pillows and blankets and linen provided.The Bathroom: The bathroom is located within the unit just outside of the kitchen, with a shower, washer and dryer.The Sitting Room: There is one chair and a full size couch,  as well as a large TV with many streaming options.
