Welcome to the upper unit of the Powder Park Place at Killington. This listing is for the two-floor upper level of our duplex home located just off the main Killington access road and close to the mountain (2 miles) and even closer to all the shops, restaurants and bars. This two level, four bedroom home was recently renovated and is the ideal spot for your family or group to start your Killington holiday. Come home after a day on the slopes and relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace, put on a streaming show, cook a family meal or soak in the hot tub. The kids can even have their own living room upstairs, while the adults enjoy the downstairs living room. We're also pet-friendly and have a Tesla EV charger! (Hot tub setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may apply. Read more below.)Walk up the steps to the main floor of the upper level of our duplex home, and you'll find the living room with smart TV and wood-burning fireplace (free firewood provided), fully equipped open kitchen and dining table with seating for six plus room for three more at the counter. Just down the hallway are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with shower. Out the door to the deck is where you'll find the five-person hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Head up the stairs, you'll find a second living room with futon bed and smart TV, small office area (if you need to do some remote work), full bathroom with shower, and two more bedrooms - one with queen bed and the other with two twin beds.• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. Hot tub is exclusively for use of the upper level unit and not shared.• This is the upper level of our duplex home. There is an internal stairway between the two units with a double locked door between the two units for security and privacy. You may rent both units for more space (6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 floors).• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.• Our minimum rental age is 25.• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out.• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera and doorbell cameras on the house pointed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.• Fireworks are not permitted.• Two dogs are allowed with the payment of our non-refundable $155 pet fee.​​​​​​​• We have a Tesla Level 2 charger that is shared between the units. There is a CCS connector so Tesla drivers will need an adapter.• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
