You are a short walk into town, so no need to worry about parking issues, and a 6 minute walk to Lake Estes and the Lake Estes Hiking Trail. You'll find comfortable sofas, chairs and a dining table that easily seats 8 and can accommodate 10 with additional leaf. The home sleeps 8, with one bedroom in the basement, the master on main level and the third on the upper level. Each has a quality queen bed, plus there is a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa in the basement.
