Just around the bend, the Blue Ridge Parkway provides a journey to see the best of the mountains whether you're hiking, biking, or driving. Close enough to downtown to enjoy an Uber or food delivery, this location also offers easy, paved access to both I-240 and I-40. This home does share the backyard, parking area, and fire pit amenity, however, none of the living spaces inside the two homes are shared. • Noise Ordinance The Grape Escape is located in a mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains. • Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. • Travel Insurance Recommended During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events.
