The apartment is ~550 sq ft so it's a bit on the cozy side but we think you will love it! The upstairs bedroom is much larger and has an ensuite bedroom and TV and plenty of room. The bedroom on the main level is not as large as the upstairs bedroom. You will need to use the closet directly outside the doors since there are no closet inside the bedroom. The kitchen and living room are situated in one integrated space as you entered the apartment. There are large windows for natural light by the living room. The parking area is located on the 3rd floor of the garage building connected to the building. The locked garage is monitored by 24/7 by security and accessible via stairs only. The garage isn't regularly maintained so please be mindful there maybe areas of dampness especially after heavy rain or snow. Please read our check in and parking guide carefully for detailed instructions after booking. There is also SP+Parking, a paid parking garage ($25/day) across street at Lincoln Square as an alternative option or if you have more than one vehicle Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire apartment and building amenities. ★Bedroom 1 with queen size bed ★Bedroom 2 with queen size bed + TV + private full bathroom. It requires climbing spiral stairs hence not suitable for young children or elderly guests ★Living Room with queen-size pullout sofa bed ★Gym on B level opens 6am to 11 pm daily ★Courtyard on the ground level Since the apartment is on the smaller side, we recommend a maximum of 4 people in your party so there is enough room for everyone. Other things to note The Apartment is not suitable for Infants (under 2): We would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay. The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee. For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests. There is an ATM in the lobby and a 24 hour security desk. Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke. We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Given the health situation, we want to minimize the potential for transmission through shared supplies. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook. Our Cleaning crew has been trained in proper disinfection techniques following the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). They're following the cleaning checklist as follows, based from CDC: - They wash their hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning. -They wear protective gear while cleaning such as disposable gloves and mask. - Laundry is both washed and dried at the highest setting. -All frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) are disinfected. - They carefully remove any visible dirt or grime, then use the appropriate cleaner and disinfectant for the material.
