Pie Town is a developing neighborhood centrally located (5-min walk to Music City Center, and 12min walk to Broadway, and adjacent to the Gulch and Sobro (also at walking distance) Walking distance to: - Bad Axe throwing (who also provides room service for our guests!) - City Winery (live music venue) - Two Hands (bar offering award-winning cocktail, dining and delicious brunch) - Pie Town Tacos (best street tacos in town) - 6th and Peabody (a fun communal/event space with private party rental, hot dogs, ole smokey distillery, concerts, white duck tacos, sports bar and beer garden) - Frugal McDoogal (liquor store) *For families, we are happy to provide a pack n play, a hook up chair, a baby gate (if the unit has stairs), a playmat and toys free of charge. Please feel free to ask your Host for availability. Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. All units in this building are rented on short term rental basis. We have quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, however, we expect weekends to be vibrant. The pool hours are 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, from May to October. The courtyard closes at 10:00 PM. We have overnight security and they are specifically trained to ensure the safety of our guests on the buildings premises. This is a pet-friendly building, however, the owner of this unit does not allow pets. This condo is managed by Humming Host. We have multiple units that we manage in this building so please contact us if you're interested in renting more than one. *Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.* *There is a Rescue Mission in the neighborhood. While we freely navigate the area day and night, we recognize that some guests may be more sensitive to the ongoing activity. The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting. * We do not recommend staying Downtown Nashville if you are sensitive to noise from train tracks, music, or work during the day.
