The villas at the Breakers are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Location, location, location! The Breakers is a 120-unit complex right on the beach at beautiful Hilton Head Island. Not only are you right on the ocean, you are directly across the street from Coligny Plaza with more than 60 shops and restaurants and even a grocery store. It is close walking distance to the new Celebration Park. You can leave your car in the parking lot for your entire vacation and walk or bike everywhere you want to go. The Breakers units are 518 square feet, so they are best for a couple or a family with small children. This one-bedroom, one-bath unit has a recently-renovated full kitchen including a dishwasher. The separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a double armoire. Children's bunk beds (each has it's own Smart TV) are located in a cubby in the hall (kids LOVE these!) and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bunk beds have smart TVS so kids can enjoy their favorite shows. There is a washer-dryer IN the unit. There is cable tv in the living room and high-speed internet. The Breakers have a pool heated all year. There is also a separate children's pool (unheated). There are two elevators. It has a private boardwalk to the beach with a shower to wash off the sand after a fun day. The Famous “Pool Bar Jim's” is to the left and the “Tiki Hut” is to the right. Hilton Head Island has 100 miles of bike trails right outside your door. More than 30 golf courses are on the Island. Restaurants for every taste abound and many are within walking distance of your villa. Parking Notes: Breakers complex limits parking to 1 car per unit. No street parking. Parking passes are required. No boat, golf cart, and trailer parking. The complex does not allow pets, smoking, or grilling. This villa is non-smoking (including the balcony). ** 3 night minimum **
