Welcome to the ATX Oasis! Located in the heart of the east side. This property is just a quick 10 min walk to the famous Rainy street. The property is outfitted with a Cowboy Pool that can also be turned into a Hot Tub! The house has been newly remodeled with plenty of space and comfort. It has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an economy kitchen . Sit back and relax in your own ATX Oasis! This property is truly a dream The outside features an incredible 8ft Piggy Pool that can fit 6 people. It is also equipped with a powerful heater so it can double as a hot tub! There is also an outdoor sink, table, and propane grill for outdoor cooking. A full dining table with 6 seats and two lounge chairs. There is a movable shade for the table or lounge chairs and a stationary shade over the pool/hot tub. This is all settle on a clean and large area of artificial turf! The entire outside area is fenced in for privacy and safety. The driveway is big enough for two normal sized cars and is fenced in. there is a completely separate entrance that can be used to access it. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a small kitchen and living room area with its own coffee machine, TV, fridge, and four person dining table. One of the bedrooms upstairs is equipped with a TV, the other is not. The house is located just a 5-10 min walk to the iconic Rainy street and the convention center in Austin! It is also just 6 blocks from some of the most amazing east side bites and live music venues. If you coming into town to enjoy downtown Austin, you can't get closer than this! The guests will have private access to the entire second floor. There is a single, quiet tenant downstairs that only has access to the first floor. They does not use the outside area. We do provide propane for the outside grill. Check-in instructions. The house has an electronic deadbolt with a new code for all of our guests. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we might be able to do earlier at your request. Check-out instruction: Check-out is at 11:00am. Please make sure all trash is put in the trashcan inside or outside in the bin. There should be no trash on counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, or outside. Please make sure all used dishes are in the washer and it is started. You are not responsible for stripping the beds or starting laundry. The cleaning company will charge double the cleaning fee if the house is left in a horrible condition. It will also charge for horribly stained sheets and towels. A makeup towel will be supplied in each bathroom and should be the only things used for makeup. rules: No entering private areas. we do not allow children under 5 due to the pool. ALL guests must be registered or approved even if they are not sleeping at the house. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. All parties/events that are thrown will be ended and bookings subject to terminations and a fine up to $2,000 Upon checkout please throw away all of your trash in the bins outside. Please make sure all dishes are clean or in the dishwasher. outside noise level must be kept to a reasonable level at all times, outside noise must completely stop after dark. Please treat the house as your own and with respect. We understand accidents happen so please let us know if something breaks or gets stained.
