Payment & Cancellation: A deposit of 50% of the total rent amount is due by Credit Card at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. All payments made at the time of booking may be fully refunded if canceled within 48 hours of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation, and are 61 days prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded less a handling charge of $150.00 per property.
