What are you waiting for? These homes have it ALL! Book your stay in Gatlinburg TODAY! No parties/events allowed. No smoking allowed. All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties. We are pet/dog ONLY friendly with a $100 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions. Total, not per pet. Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code. There is 1 owners closet in the home that is off limits. We have a sign on this doors and it is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy! While management is off site, we do have vendors, maintenance & cleaning local if they are needed during your stay. Homes are located about 5 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg, up the mountain. They are not very high up in the mountains, and there are no immediate neighbors. There is ample parking available between the 2 properties, totaling about 9 spaces. When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Pool is ONLY heated April 1 - August 31 and is NOT an option outside of these dates. Guests must request the pool heat 3+ days in advance, the charge is $125/day. In over 15,000 stays, only 3 times (at different houses) did we have issues with the pool heater functioning properly. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the heater, it is a possibility. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tub MUST be serviced 1-2 times per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. In addition, pool & hot tub are serviced before & after each guest. By booking these homes, you are acknowledging these statements.**
