About The Property

Courtesy notice posted 10/6/23: Property Drain, Waste, and Vent Replacement project. Work will start on October 23, 2023, and barring any unforeseen circumstances, the project will be completed by the end of October 2024. • Work will be limited to Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm • Water will be completely shut off for the stacks during this time period • Work will be limited to (1) stack at a time and will be out-of-order for a duration of 2 to 3 months until all units within that stack is completed. • As much as possible, guest room assignments will be diverted away from the worksite • Proper signage will be posted throughout the property to ensure guest safety *Resort Construction Notice: Building/Lanai Spall (Concrete) Repair Project. Start Jan 3, 2023, estimated completion is mid-Jan. 2024. While the AOAO works to improve the property, there will be repair noise throughout the day. Our hope is that your clients will be out and about enjoying our island offerings and will miss the work completely. Your reservation will not be for a specific room number, but for a room category.
