The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great outdoor area. Spend your days relaxing outside and enjoying everything this home has to offer. We have paddle boards, a paddle boat and kayaks for guests to use! The home is perfectly suited for children to swim and even has a ladder off the dock for easy access in and out of the water. Relax at night by the large outdoor firepit or take things indoors and cozy up around the wood burning fireplace. We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too.Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date. *This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. The shoreline is rocky, but the bottom is sandy Ladder at the end of the dock for easy access in and out of the water - great for children to swim! The water level changes but is about 2-4 feet deep at the end of the dock Outdoor Area: 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards and a paddle boat for guest to use!! Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. We also supply 1 travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
