The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. Looking for a beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the ocean? Look no farther!!! This villa has been recently refreshed and offers a separate bedroom with a new queen size bed, full size kitchen, living and dining area are combined. You'll find the convenience of wireless internet. Additional bedding for this villa includes two bunk beds in the hallway which are ideal for small children and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a GREAT Oceanside view. This villa, unlike most others at Seaside, has central heat and air instead of a single wall unit. You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Sorry but we can't allow pets or smoking due to owner's allergies. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
