This beautiful Oceanside villa offers a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, full size kitchen, living and dining area are combined. You'll find the convenience of wireless internet. Additional bedding for this villa includes a sofa sleeper in the living room and built in bunk beds for small children. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a spectacular ocean side view. You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside Villas is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
