The Villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. This nicely decorated villa has all the comforts of home including Wireless Internet. The first floor of this villa has a well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room with TV with a DVD player and a stereo. The second floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king size bed with a TV and large windows overlooking the peaceful lagoon. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, double bed, and a boom box. There is a shared bath as well as a washer and dryer on the second floor. The third floor is the master bedroom with a private bath and balcony. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine before bed. Located off the living room there is an expanded deck overlooking the quiet, peaceful lagoon with wildlife all around for you to admire. There is a gas grill and outdoor seating so you can enjoy your favorite meal under the canopy of the rustling palm trees. ** 3 night minimum **

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
