About The Property
The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Seascape 3009 is nicely decorated two story town home located across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. This villa does have free wifi. The main level of this villa has a spacious living and dining area. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck located off of the living room overlooking the salt water pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern day appliances and there is a washer/dryer set off to the side. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a light green pastel headboard has a matching long dresser. This room has a wall of windows that looks out onto the salt water pool. There is a flat screen TV in the room and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen size and a full size bed with sea shell decorated quilts. There is a flat screen TV in the second bedroom. A bathroom with a stand-up shower is located in the hallway directly across the room. Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months** **5 night minimum off season **

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
