There are TVs in the loft and in the great room, as well.You will love the outdoor living spaces this home features! Enjoy the covered patio with a lovely and comfy furniture setting or the sunny area with chairs to soak up some rays. The front patio has a grill for cooking and a patio table and chairs and an umbrella to enjoy dining outdoors. There is plenty of room to enjoy and relax indoors or outdoors at Sandstone Shores!**Please note that this unit can be pet friendly but there is no pet fee automatically charged at the time of booking. If you would like to bring your dog, please make the booking and then call us to notate that you'll be indeed bringing a pet and to pay that fee. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub and an incredible 2.5-acre lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, swim, or play on the sandy beach! Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding!Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.This is a dog-friendly unit but if you are not bringing your pet and want to remove the fee, just give us a call after booking and we will immediately refund you that fee.We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
