Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (six). Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in the driveway. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night. The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 1846. 17.5% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
