Historic Downtown Prescott is a five minute drive for those wanting to explore restaurants, art galleries and shopping.  Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather.  Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade,  Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!  INSIDE THE HOME  Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring.  The quaint sitting area features a sofa, loveseat, office space, smart Tv, and a fireplace. Family room: This room features a sofa, Smart Tv and a dining table. The kitchen space is open to the family room allowing guests to prep meals and visit with each other.  Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven.  Bathroom 1 : This full size bathroom features a shower/tub combo.  Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located off the master bedroom.
