The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. ~ Security Deposit: A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed. ~ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners.
