Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. Stay connected and entertained with WiFi and streaming services, and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on chilly evenings. Step out onto the patio to bask in the stunning mountain views. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. •  We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. •  Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) •  Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. •  Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. There are no cameras in living spaces. •  Pets are not allowed. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
