This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood and HOA rules stipulate respectful and neighborly behavior at all times, with strict quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Located on the Park City free bus route, 250yds from the nearest stop and a mile from the heart of Park City Main Street. Busses run every 20 mins all year, and more during the busy seasons. It is also seconds from Park City High School, which offers additional free shuttles to Park City Mountain during busy times. City busses will take you to the base of either resort in less than 10 minutes as well as to the main street for access to shopping or dining. The house has direct access onto the rail trail, providing easy walking or biking access to Main Street, restaurants and shopping.
