There are three community pools, a fitness center, basketball courts, nature trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, Bocce ball, a beach shuttle, and a pier with a boat launch. A community fee of $150 is required along with the purchase of amenity passes and fill out a short application for this reservation, at $50/pass, a maximum of 8 passes. If a last minute booking occurs, amenity passes may not be guaranteed.
