About The Property
The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Ocean Dunes 102 is a 1st floor, one bedroom; one bath condo that has been painted throughout. New updates have been made in the living area, adding a new queen sleeper sofa and new tables. The master bedroom has a new king sized bed. There is travertine flooring throughout the villa. The kitchen has granite counter tops, nice cabinetry and full sized appliances. There is a nicely furnished balcony just off the living room that overlooks the Hilton Grande Ocean Oaks Resort. Each villa in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service and access to the oceanfront heated swimming pool and picnic area. The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is open seven days a week all year long. The temperature is set at 82 degrees which is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset daily. The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
