Enjoyed our stay and the property. The maintenance company was not responsive to a couple of request...refrigerator needed a bew filter that was never addressed..but that is a minor thing. The rental had more items to use than we have has before, which was very nice.
We had a lovely stay at Villa 11. Unit was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy.

Loved this condo. Spotless. The only complaint was we couldn't keep it warm downstairs. But we do understand that heat rises and it was a cold month. Close to the beach which was important. Quite area with a great neighbor. Close all our favorite restaurant Hinchey's and our favorite golf course, Shipyard. Would highly recommend your company ...

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund.
