Welcome to the Perfect Pocono retreat! Our home is recently renovated and has that modern touch while also maintaining the perfect Poconos vibe. Located inside of Arrowhead Lakes Community Association, our home is the ideal spot to getaway and relax! Our 4-bedroom home has recently been renovated in order to make this the dream stay! Our fire pit area has seating for 8 around the fire and additional seating underneath another gazebo with comfortable seating. Inside our home we have the perfect basement game room equipped with family favorites such as ping pong, foosball, basketball, and even a pool table! The washer and dryer are also located in the basement and are yours to use! Our first floor is home to the upgraded kitchen with all brand new appliances! Our dining table seats 6 and there is plenty more seating at our extended kitchen counter. Our open concept on the main floor makes for the perfect gathering space for friends and family to all be together and still have plenty of room to relax. The living room has a Roku Smart TV to throw on your favorite movie or TV series. Also on the first floor is our first bedroom which is home to our King size bed. This room is also equipped with a Smart Roku TV and has its own private balcony which overlooks the backyard. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway here as well. The second floor is where the rest of the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed with a private balcony as well! The second bedroom is the first kids room which has 4 twin size beds (2 bunk beds) with a smart TV! The third room is similar, with 2 bunk beds and a Smart TV in there as well. The entire house is yours to enjoy! You also have access to the amazing, award winning amenities within Arrowhead Lakes Community. -Lake beaches -3 Pools (seasonal) -Playgrounds -Lodge -Fitness center with free weights, cardio machines, row machines, a leg press, calf press, pec fly, and multi press machine. Open 5am-10pm -Tennis Courts -Basketball Courts Upon arrival - you will need to stop at the main office to collect your gate pass to be able to access the community. A car is recommended for getting around. We have bikes in the basement that you can use as well. There is enough parking for about 4 cars! **PLEASE READ** **Additional Fees Required** Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows: -$35 one time registration fee -$20 per vehicle -$6 per person, per day All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made. After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community. You will receive a separate link after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival) -Furry friends are welcome! We charge a small $50 pet fee per pet. -Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. There is a drive-thru collection area just past the main gate on the left. Guests are asked to take trash at departure. *Minimum age to book this property is 25*
