A large, open concept kitchen and living space, complete with a 65-inch TV and fireplace, separates the two main level bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the large dining table provides plenty of room for meals or games. Laundry machines are available in the hallway just off the kitchen. Best of all, these main level rooms are wrapped by tall windows that draw the eye out toward the surrounding natural beauty. Outside, you will find a large veranda nestled in the trees and set towards the mountain view. The furniture on the deck is new and was selected with your comfort in mind. A large grill available for your family’s enjoyment is provided near the exterior staircase that leads to the lower level of the home. There is also a third bedroom with a queen bed and 50-inch TV, and a separate half-bath adjacent to the downstairs living space. They only left them up to prevent break ins. *The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee of $100. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 dollar hold on the card for validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
