It has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 West, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. This barn unit is roomy and comfortable with a master bedroom, sofa bed, table and chairs and kitchen in the great room. It's the perfect getaway for a romantic weekend for a couple, a small family or as an additional bedroom set-up for the larger group renting the entire house. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The master bedroom is light-filled and spacious with plenty of vineyard views out the French doors. Adorned with a King size bed, a huge closet, a vaulted ceiling, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the outside through the French doors. The Sleeper sofa is a queen size mattress and can accommodate kids or an extra couple if necessary. A full bath with a tub/shower combo, single vanity and private water closet for privacy makes up the bathroom. Just off the bathroom is a utility room with a sink, washer and dryer and utility closet. We provide a hair dryer, iron, luggage rack and chest of drawers. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) The great room is the central part of the Barn with a comfy sofa, a full kitchen with all the essentials and a table and 4 chairs for dining. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior) A French door off the master bedroom and the front door both lead to the covered front patio area which contains two Adirondack chairs for taking in the views and night air. A FEW EXTRAS If you need to work while trying to vacation or, perhaps, you’re doing a workcation, there is a dedicated desk in the master bedroom with high speed internet. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. The laundry room is available for guest usage. This home is just five minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. PROVISIONS A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on on Spring Street at 20th. And Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
