(Any additional vehicle must pay to park on the first floor or park for free on the street.) This oasis maintains a strict no-smoking policy to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests. Violations incur a $500 fine and immediate removal, ensuring a pristine environment for your stay. No refund for violation. Other Things to Note: ★ PARKING ★ **For stays of 2+ nights: Enjoy free gated parking for one vehicle. Please provide your car details (year, make, model, color, tag number) 4 hours before check-in for access. **For 1-night stays: Opt for free street parking or use the garage at $7/24 hours, subject to availability. Submit car details 4 hours before check-in for the guest code. **Additional cars: Park in the public garage at $7/day. Register your car upon arrival to avoid booting. We cannot be responsible for boots or refund failures to register. ★ Check-In & Access Details★ **Receive your check-in guide 24-48 hrs before arrival, detailing lockbox access. Notify us of your arrival time and vehicle details (year/make/model/color/tag #) immediately. **Guests must be 21+ to book. Submit a photo ID via app messenger or email within 24hrs of booking to avoid non-refundable cancellation. A signed Rental Agreement is due within 24 hours of booking. **A $150 security deposit hold will be applied to your card 2 days prior to check-in and released within 3 days post-departure, subject to no damages or losses. ★ NOTE: ★ Check-in time is 4 p.m. EST. Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. EST. EARLY CHECK-INS Guests can request an early check-in within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 a.m. LATE CHECK-OUTS Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late checkouts before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m. **Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $300 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. ** ★ PET RULES ★ **Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $150 is due before check-in for a pet and service animal. Per stay, a maximum of one dog (up to 35 pounds) is permitted.
